Pretty sure only possible for a certain year and newer as well. What year is yours? 2016/17?

Besides coding, is there anything else needed to get rear fogs? Do we need to change rear lamps or add any harness ?

I would like to know this as well. Unlike other F-series vehicles, my understanding from wdimagineer was that the tall lamp wiring in US vs ECE vehicles is different.

If it's possible to code without wiring changes, I would be all over this!

I looked up on realoem, and there does not seem to be a special inner taillight for this to work.
So there must be something else we're missing....

Me neither on a 2014. Was only able to get it to where the icon lights up in the dash, that was it.

There is a thread on this I believe. The guy bought European tail lights and had to wire in the new harness with coding if I recall. I thought I remember the harness being the same for newer years but don't recall.
