New Memeber - '18 AW M3
What it do! Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member and a first time BMW owner
 .When I was in high school, I remembered I always wanted an E36 BMW. Sadly, I was still a kid and my parents weren't loaded with money, so they bought me a Honda Accord instead. My love for BMW grew even stronger when the Alpine White E46 M3 came out. That thing was a beauty and still one of my favorites. However, the same situation applied. Fast-forwarding to the E92. I was going to pull the plug on purchasing a used Alpine White M3 but backed down due to the fact it was still a bit of money. I ended up purchasing a G37 Coupe. What finally made me pull the trigger? I was able to test drive a buddy's F80. The moment I sat in the car and drove it, I knew it was my calling. I got all these flashbacks of AW E36, AW 46, & the AW E92. It was now or never. It took some time to finally get everything right, but I am happy it happened the way it did. Over the weekend I was able to pick up my very first 18' M3 and of course in Alpine White. I flew down to SoCal to pick it up and drove it back to NorCal. 0 Regrets and lots of smiles per gallon. |
