Door handle and seat lights not working

Not sure if this is a setting I'm missing but the lights on the door handles don't turn on. As well as the seat badge. The seat badges still have the plastic on them so they seem to be newly replaced...is it me or should I head to the dealership?

I don't know of a setting for those lights. If there is one I've never found it

The seat lights and door handle lights are on the same circuit and are activated with the “Welcome Light” iDrive setting.

Hey not sure if your experiencing the samething I did, look on the left hand side there should be a knob that brightens and lowers the interior lights. Not sure if that will fix it.

Having the same issue aswell. Contacting the dealership and see what they can do from there.

It will be in the welcome lights circuit you should be able to run a scanner to see if there is a fault with the module
