What is a"premium" CPO warranty? You also say you bought the car at a non-BMW dealer, not from a person? How do you know it was CPO? Anyway, CPO is something offered by BMW dealers on certain used cars, but not all used cars. In 2014, CPO was good for 2 years after the 4 year warranty expired. I can't recall if it was transferable in a private sale, but I'm not surprised it isn't if the car passed through a non-BMW dealer. I don't think that dealer "owns" the warranty, so they have nothing to transfer to you.

EDIT: The form above indicates that it is only from private owner to private owner.
