I wish I’d read the supporting coders in BimmerCode... instead I blindly took someone’s advice and bought OBDII but it’s not supported in bimmercode so I cannot do any coding yet..... I’m going to have to get Veepak one or one of the 6 or so listed in bimmercode for IOS. .... I was so looking forward to doing a little coding but alas this silly OBDII isn’t compatible. I would say it’s the worse 35 dollars I’ve spent �� I wished I’d spent 70 and got the right unit in the first place

I use this one I got for 12 bucks and it works perfectly. Every once in a while it takea a couple of tries to connect, but no big deal.

I have used it with torque pro on several different cars includung my last mecedes with no problems at all. I already had it so I tried it with bimmer code, and it works perfectly. For 11 bucks now, i cant see why it wouldnt be everyones first buy.

I have an LG G7thinQ, but I have also used this with my old HTC10 and my Galaxy S8 work phone.

I must have yes. Anyway all good I have ordered the veepeak one and will be here tomorrow. The ob2 people have very kindly offered to take the adapter back and refund me. So all good! Hopefully by weeks end I can have a play at coding.
