Exclamation P0491 & P2297 error codes, help?

My check engine light has been going on and off for a couple weeks now. I had the P0491 code last winter, interestingly it seems to only come up in cold weather temps, I did not get it all throughout the spring and summer months and it happens now again. Also I replaced my pre cat o2 sensors less than a year ago, with addition I have a HFC X pipe with no primary cats and a stage II tune. I am aware that you can delete the secondary air valve with a tune but not sure about the P2297 code...

I am not so worried about the P0491 code as I plan to delete it with a tune, but the P2297 code states "o2 sensor out of range during deceleration Bank 1 Sensor 1".

Ive searched around online, but the information and threads are very limited. If anyone could provide any insight or advice it would be much appreciated.
