Hope someone can help!

Key fob(s) won’t open car; car alarm going off.
After a while, key fob(s) open car and the only indication of any issue iscresetti g the click, date.
This has happened twice.

Second, how do you remove the cap on the door to get metal key in?

Replace your battery in the car.

The bottom of the cap has a small opening while allows you to remove it.
