Bought the ///M3!!
Finally did it at my local dealership today in Singapore! There are only about 2-3 on the streets right now, isn't much I know. For the fact that cars in my country costs a BOMB! Paid SGD$366800 for a AW DCT M3, which is roughly USD256,772!! not cheap at all. =( Ah well, its so lucky you guys can get it so much cheaper in the states or europe!
Nevertheless, I'm so excited about the arrival next month! |

Nah , the exchange rate isn't that bad my friend. 1SGD = 1.4USD (est?) . Btw the pay here is good, but with so much taxes we gotta pay, its being reduced to peanuts I tell ya. XD
Cheers! looking forward to learning more about the car on the forums! P.S will post pics once it arrives! |

HOLY MOTHERF*CK*NG SH*T!!!!
$200K for an M3?!?!?!? I want one bad....real bad, but not that bad. Maybe I should just go to my dealership and offer them $85K for the car I want and feel good about it. On second thought...maybe not. |

I have visited Singapore. It is the cleanest country I have ever seen. You will get a fine if you are caught spitting, littering, etc... Everything is expensive in Singapore. In addition, in order to buy a car, you need to have a Certificate of Entitlement (COE) and you need to bid on this piece of paper saying you can own a car. CRAZY!!! Of course the government say it is to limit the number of cars in Singapore. And they have some kind of 10 years ownership. After that period they must either be scrapped, or exported from Singapore. I found the August opening bid for COE on the net. _

u'd be surprised man... i come from a country called syria, 3rd world. supposedlly a poor country. u'll find more M's and high-end cars there altho customs charge 300% for any car
so the m3 = 70k x 4 = 280,000 dollars. |

Oh i meant it to be SGD880,000. Well the Lambo here retails for about a million, the rolls-royce is 1.6M and the Pagani Zonda is somewhere around that price. Aston Martins range from about 500k-800k depending on the model.

260k for an M3? I'd sell you mine for 100k US and then you could use the remaining $160k to hire somebody or buy a boat to bring it into the country for that amount!
Dude that's insanse! For that price I'd gladly buy all 4 M3's at my local dealer (just sitting around waiting on a buyer mind you) and import them to Singapore for you guys! Good luck with them prices..shyt what is gas cost there $10/gallon?
