Apparently I haven't done my homework on how to list cars or possibly value of the car. Will revisit the idea/sale later when I am caught up.

Not to stir the pot, but if you car is truly a stripper (as you have eluded to), your price is much lower than the current demand dictates.

I'd say high 30's to low 40's depending on actual condition and VIN report.

Could be used for a Carfax or an online VIN decoder to get a list of installed options.

Because most people like to see the car they're buying before purchasing?

How dare anyone ask questions about pictures, condition and VIN in a for sale ad. Chips on the hood, backing into a rock, non-stock wheels that seller is not even sure which model... nothing to see here, just use your imagination.

Car was not listed for sale ass clown. It was a feeler. I am sure they are Apex Arc8 wheels. Just not sure if they were 18x9.5, 18x10 or 18x10.5. The point of the clear bra was to state that there are little or no chips on the hood. Maybe 1, 2 common chips as with 95% of the cars out there but 1 or 2 that you would never see even with pics....on a 8+yr old car.

Yes nothing to see here. Go ahead and move along!

As they say, buy the seller (or feeler). Does this still apply? "$32,000 / obo."

Best case: This is the first car he's ever sold as evidenced by maybe the worst listing I've ever read, car checks out and the new owner gets a helluva deal.

Worst Case: The seller and car are as bad as the listing.

Would make an awesome track project.

Jeeze dude, your behavior does not help your credibility as a seller.

This the 1st car I've ever sold. Previously, everything has been traded in to the dealership.

If you want feelers take the time to make a legit sale thread with actual info about the car. The more info you provide the better offer you're gonna get. You deserve the responses you've gotten so far. In fact pull this thread and post on CL.

Instead of everyone giving this guy a hard time, someone shoulda just arranged to see the car in person and made an offer.

I know for a fact that a real offer to purchase the car was made. Unfortunately, the seller decided not to sell thanks to idiots on this site complaining about the car being too cheap.

So there were 2 things going on in this thread.
1) Complaining because there are no pictures and no information.
2) complaining about the price being too low on a car that the complainers know nothing about.

People need to shut up if they aren’t involved.

Now this seller is going to re-price the car and try to sell it for $40k and it will sit....for months as the same idiots say “HoW hAs ThIS nOt SoLd?!?!?”
