Idle speed problem

The 2011 BMW M3 has just passed 80K, and sometimes the cold start is unstable for 15-20 seconds, and it is normal after about 10 seconds. This symptom has been for more than a year. Idling control valve and fuel tank vent valve were changed three months ago. These symptoms are back these days! what is the problem?

Idling control valve and fuel tank vent valve were changed because of the problem? So it's been three months without the problem, and now it showed up again?

Idle speed problem

Yes, is this related to warming?

Did you look for fault codes?

Did you place the ICV hose? I heard those could leak too?

Idle speed problem

Thank you very much for the information provided. Replace the fuel tank cap with a new one. Under the condition of COVID-19, I only started the car a few times, normal, and then observe.

Thanks for returning with information.

I'm facing problems of fuel tank level variations.

When car is stopped, level is fine. When accelerating or braking or turning, the level slowly goes up or down, making effects in the projected autonomy at the on board computer.

The on board computer doesn't show anything about consumption, avg speed, etc. Only shows autonomy.

Don't have a clue about it. Maybe I should open a thread.
