Looking to buy e92/e90 Lets try this again

As the title states I am looking to buy a e92/e90, I recently sold my e39 m5 and id like to stay with a NA V8. I am slightly picky so I know it maybe difficult . so here's what I want:
- 6 speed is a must will not consider dct
- 2011-2013 for e92 and 2010-2011 for e90.
- any color but black/carbon (red or blue preferred) also like space grey a lot.
- comp pack is definitely preferred but i would consider non comp for the right car.
- must be a clean title and id like a clean car fax as well but if it is something minor id consider.

- My budget is 35ish thousand..

my name is Tyler and im very excited to get into one of these cars...Lets make it happen!

I think BAT should block cars with salvage or rebuilt titles

If it's not disclosed at the beginning of the auction the vehicle should be withdrawn from auction. And BaT could go someway to helping this by forcing a seller to provide an AutoCheck, a Carfax and an EpicVin report for every car listed. True, it would not result in accidents being disclosed that didn't show up on either of those 3 reports, but it would be better than (a) no reports, or (b) only one of the reports
