Hi all
I have this white splattering pattern on lower panel behind the wheels of my black M3
Doesn't come off with regular hand washing.
Thinking clay bar might take this off? Any other ideas?
I checked car for the rona and she's negative

Maybe try and bug and tar remover spray to soften it followed by another hand washing to get most of it off before clay bar. Clay is abrasive but looks like it may be necessary. It looks like it may be from freshly painted road stripes. If that’s the case, a magic eraser with some sappy water and light pressure should take it off but be careful that you don’t leave any blemishes.

I would think that you would need a polish in this area with a DA after getting that off.

I would try to clay it.

Unfortunately there is also a good chance those are rock chips from the front wheels. You can compound and polish it'll hid them a bit. PPF is you're only real option to protect or mud flaps.

My wife doesn't necessarily agree though.

As for these rock chips, they suck. I have them up my front doors too. White hides it well.

Installed mud flaps from Tommy L Garage. Nice quality and super easy install. Highly recommend.
