Is the M4 CS Worth $100k?

Is the M4 CS worth the money or would you rather wait for the G82 M4 C?

No, not worth 100k but with BMW's at this price you can easily get 20k off lol. If I was financing 100k I'm going for a GT3.

I would be reluctant to pay $100K for M4CS at the end of the useful life of the current M4 generation.

No the M4CS is absolutely not worth $100K. However, at an almost $30K discount, it is completely worth it with everything you get. Hence why I bought my Brand New 2019 M4CS. $107K MSRP and $78K selling price.

Having owned a Base Model 2017 M4, I'd have to say that the CS makes the regular M4 look a little bland on the exterior.... Purely my opinion and perhaps a little bias, but overall I couldn't be happier with my CS! My only gripe - No Manual Transmission Option

At first I thought this thread/title was started by that db named "NewM3...." something or other who as of late constantly trolls here puffing up his M340 purchase. But I'm sure he'll turn up here sooner or later.

No. You can buy an MHD tune for $350 and your base model is now quicker than a CS for a fraction of the price. Suspension, cooling, wheels, mods all you want and still much cheaper overall.

When you factor in the huge discounts many people like myself have gotten on the CS, then all the mods to a Base M4 to make it comparable to a CS do not quite seem worth it to me, especially when you're comparing a heavily modified Base car to a stock CS from the factory.....

So would you rather finance a 100k M4CS? Doesn't matter if it's new or used 100k is 100k. 1 year into a owner and the 100k BMW is worth 70k. I for sure know which one I would buy for 100k.

Comparing a used car to a new car is like comparing a stock car to a modified car.

Literally apples and oranges

PS: for shits and giggles, I couldn't find a used GT3 with in 500 miles for <$125k

Of course not but the M3 CS certainly is

Kidding - yes at $80K out the door it is worth it plus the G80 is a big wait and see.

If I spend over $100K on BMW then I would go with the 911 base version.

Here are the facts:

You're comparing new to used. I never said anything about a new GT3 for 100K.

I said I'm comparing 100k to 100k.

Here are 4 GT3's 991.1 for sale right at 100k

Now let's be real here. You're the one limiting yourself to 500 miles and once again if you had 100k which would you finance?

The M4CS is newer I do agree. In this case new isn't always better. Plus the M4 isn't all that new. It's a 2015 car that's just been up upgraded over the years. The chassis remains the same if I'm not mistaken.

Neither. I would never finance $100k on a used car.

If you can't see the error in your logic, I don't know what to say.

LOL, I would also love a GT3, but where I live, the cheapest used 2018 GT3 still go for 130k USD, that's 66% more than what I paid for my brand new M4cs

Every one of these discussions revolves around msrp, when no one pays msrp.

New CS at ~80 is a lot of car for the $.

No one is going to mention the awkwardness of this review? The full race suit and airy voice overs? huh.
