The vehicle currently sits at 98,7xx miles sporting a clean NC title and its original documents and window sticker. I am the second owner of this vehicle, which I purchased at Performance BMW where the vehicle was sold new and serviced its whole life. All recalls performed. Currently due for an infotainment update I believe.

Since the vehicle has come into my ownership I have done a few maintenance items as well as tasteful modifications which will be listed below. I have receipts for all the maintenance and modifications performed as well. Unfortunately the factory service plan just ended. I worked for the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and I made sure I found a car that would meet my high standards.

Currently the vehicle could use tires. They have great tread. However, the front left tire is worn on the outer most edge of the tire. I planned to replace its current Bridgestone runflats with non-runflat tires. Otherwise the vehicle has no issues and is up to date on maintenance.

The vehicle does have note on the title, however it is in my name with no co-sign. I am looking to do an even trade or very little cash on top. I would like to maintain my current payments and stay *around* the amount owed!

Located in NC, but willing to travel!

As for the car I am looking for I want an LCI E92 or E90 M3 with DCT or 6MT. I will consider a Pre-LCI if the vehicle is not equipped with iDrive. I would like to come into a vehicle documented rod bearings completed, not worried about throttle actuators. Modifications OKAY!

Must also be sporting a clean title obviously
