It’d be like filing a lawsuit over a 135 only being a 3L

I thought it was pretty deceptive when I first saw that phrase and said as much at the time. You know BMW must have had many attorneys and marketing experts get together to come up that piece of trickery.

I agree, it was deceptive for sure and no reason for it. Twin scroll is great tech and can stand on its own merit. If goes before a jury I think it has a chance. I wouldn't put it past ignorant or dishonest salespeople to propagate this falsity either. So many times I had salespeople call automatics manuals because they had paddles or dual clutches.
