Talking I’m back to BMW, LSB M4 Heritage deal done today!!!!

I’ve had all sorts of cars, my 2 BMW’s were a 335xi M-Sport and prior to that a 1998 M3. I’m very excited to be back in a BMW and look forward to learning and contributing to this Forum!!

I absolutely love this color and honestly the whole package BMW put together to end the F82 cycle. The wheels are perfect, I love the orbit gray color and the style. The interior is amazing, I wouldn’t want it for a DD due to the light color, but this is a weekend car that will get about 3-5K miles per year. I could do without the headrest stitching, but that’s nit picking. I love having unique cars that you don’t see every day and this certainly fits that criteria.

I haven’t picked it up yet I’m taking it to get a New Car Detail, Ceramic Coating, Ceramic Tinted windows, and Clear Bra before I drive it too much. Very expensive but a good investment for someone like me that wants his cars to stay as perfect as possible.

I plan to add a rear CF lip spoiler for sure (it should’ve came with that for the price IMO) probably some M-Performance Mats, anything else must have while I wait for my car to be ready?

I’ve attached some pictures.

I was happy with my deal, I got $11K off sticker with rebates, I could’ve got more if I owned a BMW. I also took advantage of the .9% financing for 60 months. Typically you would get the financing or the rebate, it was great to get both. I probably could’ve haggled for a few hundred more dollars but I felt the deal was fair. They were very professional it was a very smooth transaction. The only thing they tried pushing was the Tire/Wheel Protection Package and I politely declined.

Congrats - beautiful car!!

Clearbra well worth the investment - minimum front half wrap with full lower rocker panels wrapped under to paint line is probably all you need and about $2k. Have them double wrap the hips in front of the rear wheels. Wrapping full car is nice for peace of mind but maybe over kill at about $5k.

looks awesome and congrats.. i can imagine what you are feeling as I myself am going to check out the sakhir orange 2 m4 comp now (before they are gone!). trading my 2017 440i.

my dealer would offer a good deal on the m4 but would claw back with unreasonable negative equity on my 440i.

will post some pictures if and when I manage to strike the deal..

That is exactly what I am doing, full front, full hood, and full front fenders. They will do headlights, mirror caps, and rockers/rear muds too. We didn't talk about it but I might have them do the inside of the door handle area too, that tends to get some wear. I see too many cars that do half hood or half fenders and you can tell too easy, especially the hood. The dealer wanted me to use their guy, but I am using one that gets the best reviews in New England. They aren't cheap, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. They are using Expel.

little brother got this exact car about two months ago. Still blows my mind how bmw could make a special edition m4, and not do LED headlights. Who tf thinks of these things?

Shrewsbury?? BTW, LSB for some unknown reason photographs poorly, much nicer color in the flesh. Headlights are a disappointment but not a deal breaker. I'm considering one myself, looking for LSB or Imola. Question, why do you consider this color "too light"?? I'm confused.

I would recommend going to IND and getting some body color front reflectors. That orange has got to go on your blue car. Enjoy your purchase.

Beautiful car and color! Love the seats! Congrats!!

My ‘16 ZCP was purchased out of state and it has almost whole clearbra + ceramic coating. I don’t think the dealer that sold it was aware because I didn’t know until delivery. Best surprise ever!!! The car still looks ~ 97% brand new with the protection. I’ll never own another nice car w/o PPF.

Anyway, enjoy and protect that baby!

I thought about it, but it was $2400. I guess time will tell, considering I am only putting 3-5K miles on it a year I guess I will take my chances.

Yes I bought it from the Shrewsbury MA BMW dealership, I agree the color in person looks better. I am not sure if your "too light" question was towards me, but I do not feel that way at all, I love this color, to me it is perfect!!

The headlights are LED, I guess they just do not swivel/adapt around turns.

I love the Imola too, if you want a Manual they have one in Imola in pittsfield MA, it was the only manual I could find within 200 miles.

I agree, I saw they sell them online, but I am guessing no one is going to sell this color due to how rare it is.

Car looks killer! I've seen these in person and wow, the LSB and IR cars are jaw dropping. VB.... not so much.

And no, it does NOT have the adaptive LEDs (aka: ICONs) and I agree with the other poster.... complete bonehead move by BMW. How can a final run/special edition/$9k package NOT have the headlights.

The people making these decisions are truly morons, no offense. Still love the Heritage cars.... but man. The ICONs are standard with the Exec, which almost none of the Heritage cars have.... which is GOOD... but the ICONs.... come on dudes. Even my 2018 stripper ZCP had them. Wtf?

I agree it should have come with those headlights and also at minimum a Carbon Lip Spoiler on the back.

I was also surprised these cars do not have adaptive cruise control, I used to think that was a gimmick, but now I wouldn't buy a DD without it, thankfully this isn't my DD.

Agree! Interestingly, the matte grey wheels really don't look good on the VB/IR cars but somehow look great on the LSB.

I'm not even an LSB fan but this car is bonkers in person.
