Painted Tail Lights
Does anyone know a good place to get my tail lights painted preferably closer to the Fort Worth area??? Although anywhere in DFW could work if the shop is better.
Thanks

I hope you're looking to black out the tail lights, not paint them green or some other color.
For that matter, I would suggest you use lamin-x instead because if you get hassled by the cops, you can always peel them off. The good thing about lamin-x is that it looks exactly the same as a painted taillight, if done right. Lamin-x film is alot cheaper as well; you don't need to pay someone else to do it if you do it yourself. |

i want to paint the tails black and keep the blinker and reverse signal white, i have used the lamin-x in the past but it didn't come out great, and it was a little blurry. I have never been bothered by the cops for it on the car i had it on and the tails were dark, I've had several cops drive behind me.

Be warned, once you paint them, you must buy new taillights in order to regain that 'stock look.' Also, the stock taillights don't tend to be cheap. I'd go with an overlay over painting, that way you can get rid of the look after a while.

More like 1994. Integras and Civics with GTO light covers. Bleeeeeeehhhh. Better yet you can keep circle areas of the tails that aren't tinted!!! I need to find a pic of that.

Im getting them done as we speak. Will have them tomorrow, (later on today) and i will post up some pics. Altho, I am not completely blacking them out, not even close actually. They are goin to be painted and will have a soart of dark burgundy look, with the turn signal and reverse lights left white. Soart of like how the black 360 forged M3 has them, but since mine is white and not black, they wont b as dark. Anyway, will c them later. I hate ppl who rice things out on nice cars, however my friend did this on an M5 and it looked sick, kinda classy and sporty actually, so well c i guess. Ill let uz decide.
