Been trying to reach them for at least 2 weeks to schedule my manual transmission and diff fluid change with no response.

Are they still open?

I called them about a week or so ago and talked to someone. They didn't answer on the first attempt but was able to get in contact with someone later that same day.

I've had good experience with them. You have to catch them early in the morning around 8-830 before they get busy.
