SoCal: Orange County Tint Shops?

I'm getting a few quotes for my F80 to get my current tint removed and would like front windshield and sides tinted in ceramic. I don't have much knowledge about tint.

Here are my quotes so far:

Suntek CXP - $680 + $150 for removal of old tint.
Suntek/Madico/Wincos Ceramic - $700 includes removal of old tint.
3M Ceramic - $500 includes removal of old tint.
Llumar IRX - $620 unsure if it includes removal of old tint.

Looks like 3M Ceramic is the winner.. But is there a big difference versus the competitors?

I got quoted $350 plus $199 for the front windshield for a film called Rayno I think. Never heard of them so I wasn't really sure of how the film is, but the shop has solid reviews.
