Initially I was banned for 30 days for triggering some “popular” forum members in the Politics forum. I guess my avatar triggered them as well, after 6 years or more with the same one they deleted it.

So I just took a break for 5 months instead of their 30 days.

The X5 is still the same, no mods or anything over my break.

After a quick cursory review of recent post it looks like a lot of the same questions / topics.

Yeah not that many changes here, new people asking all the same questions w/o searching first, bunch of winter tires are for sale and lots of F15s parked due to corona.

Hah! As I post a set of winter tires for sell and sadly mine has been parked for the most part as well.

Let's stick to the cars, shit has been hitting the politics fan long enough all over the internet, it is not worth it. There is a simple solution, go vote. I would be happy to discuss 611M wheels paired with 275/40-20 fronts and 315/35-20 rear tires on F15, or is there a chance to get a clean set of 468M wheels these days for under $2K

No ski trips for me. Believe it or not, it does get cold here in Dec - Feb-ish (cold enough). My work commute was 80 miles round trip and the MPSS would be hockey pucks on the extreme cold days, so I bought the Blue Earth.

Not too bad! My X5 was coming out of warranty this month with 75k, didn’t want to play the 100k game with a bimmer again. Got the RR Sport from CarMax. 2017 with 20,300 miles. Paid $2900 for the 60 month, 125k warranty. Paid $47,000 after all said and done.
