Rear HVAC Blower Won't Turn Off

Car has under 40k miles. Blower down in center console keeps running even after turning all AC or heat functions off. Ran throughout the day and almost drained the battery. I had to pull fuse #160 from the rear fuse block on the driver's side to finally get the blower to turn off.

I did a quick search here and did not find any conversation or post history. I think it is the controller for the blower. Hoping warranty will cover this as it was a BMW certified car purchase. Car is very clean and looks to be well taken care of.

Has anybody experienced this?
