Convertible Top won't go down.

Worked fine at the dealership. Seemed self explanatory.
Pushed the button under the pic of the car without the top.

Now the red light just goes on for a sec and I get a little pic of the top in the dash screen, but nothing happens.

Nothing in the trunk. Nothing on the rear deck. Did I touch something in the trunk fiddling around back there?

I just don't get it.

Check if the inside trunk partition is in the downward position
