Cheapest place to buy a map update? (USA map)

Swapped out my head unit ('15 X6M) and think I need to update the maps. Anyone know the cheapest place to get a USB stick with a 2021-1 +FSC?

Or the scheduling for these in case 2021-2 is just around the corner?

I see Bimmertech has it for $125, but seem to recall a few weeks ago I found something cheaper, just can't find the link again...

If the maps are available online for free somewhere(?) I'm open to downloading them myself if someone just sells an FSC.

Bmnavigation is good. I've been using them for a couple years now. No issues. It's like $50 lifetime FSC and $20 for updates.
