118D N47D20C, chain sound?

Since I changed the oil somehow I seem to hear the chain louder (at least I think it’s a chain).

Oil is the same all the time, Castrol Edge 5W30 LL4

The previous owner allegedly changed it on 200k. :roll:

Is this chain ready for replacement or is this the normal sound of a chain and N47 engine? :?

Model is 118D, July 2010, N47D20C with 240k km on clock.
