Audio/aux issue

Dears

I have f06 2016 with carlinkit nbt installed, same as bimmertech mmi. It was working properly for more than a year,until i sent the car for bmw maintenance. Suddenly now when i switch to the aux to start the carlinkit, the car microphone turns on and I can hear my voice throughout the speakers and when I raise the volime a high whistling noise comes out. I am not sure if its the device/aux/wiring/car software etc... Can anyone advise on this?

Idk man mine (Carlinkit) is so buggy I don't use it anymore
