f80 m3 windsheildwasher pump replacement

Does any know how to remove the bottom clip on the F80 M3 pump.
Not 1 F-ing video on YouTube or the internet explains this part of the puzzle. They either don't have an F80 or they just skip that 1 important part.

I replaced my pump a few months back. Are you referring to the clip that holds the line onto the nipple? If so, once you pull the whole pump up and out of the tank housing, you just use a pick tool or a small flat head screwdriver to carefully move it up.
