Clunk when backup after going forward and braking

Notice this consistantly when coming home. I pull past my drive and stop, then backup into the driveway. When reversing and then applying brake pressure, I then hear a clunk. I can get it to repeat just about every time if I first drive foward at a decent speed and brake.

So my thought is a loose brake caliper. But I double checked them all and they are all tight.

Any other ideas?

I did recently replace tie rods, brakes, rotors, front suspension, rear shocks.

Did you put wrenches on the bolts to verify tightness?

I had a loosening front lower inner control arm (aka lower wishbone per TIS) bushing. It was aftermarket and since removed. But it was causing a clunk as you describe. The nut should be torqued to 165 Nm for reference (tightened in normal position)

Yes, but maybe I'll check the control arm bolts as well. Thanks for your insights!

Some brake pads can cause this sound.
