Same here re: the wife, but we taught my daughter to drive on a stick (the other is 13). She won't be driving the 135i though, unless my wife sneaks her out in it, like they do with my e90 now. :frown: (it's a conspiracy)

Me mostly, the SO rarely, and other family members rarely as I only go home 2-3 times a year. I voted for 1 though...
Thats pretty much how it is now with my ZHP. Except the family back home doesnt care anymore now that I've had it for a year and a half...

Hello fellas, first post here. I am buying a 135i for the wife, so I will be the secondary driver of the car. She has equal ownership in all the cars we own and has just as much of a right to drive any of them as I do. In fact, as I am military and on a one year remote assignment, my wife is back home periodically driving my '97 Porsche 993. It is her car as well.

Good morning. It's all mine. My wife wants me to get an A/T. However I'm not going to. I just keep tell her to learn how to drive my stick p/up, that way she can drive my one. I also told her I would have to tape off the door panel and cover everything in plastic first so she doesn't scratch it or get make-up on stuff like our X3...HEHE

As long as my height challeged wife doesn't adjust the manual seat, she can drive it! Actually she detests a manual tranny, and both daughters are not home anymore, so it will be all mine!

My wife'll drive it from time to time, but she's no enthusiast, so she'll likely stick to the viniman...

My wife doesn't drive manual, but I'd really like to teach her. I'll give my buddy a few turns behind the wheel, he's been very generous in letting me drive his cars.
