I'm on the Ship Dyvi Pamplona

Was a Week 13 build, production finished 3/28, sat at the port until loaded onto this ship 4/10. This information provided to me by my SA according to his daily printout. What is interesting to me is that this is a ship that I had not seen mentioned on these boards, its a Norwegian based car carrier. Maybe its not one of the normal carriers BMW uses, but who cares, I'm on it now! SA says it should arrive in Charleston on approx 4/24 and a week later to my dealer here in Tampa.

Just found out today that I am also on the Dyvi Pamplona.

Finally found you guys. (Also found a post from SCSedona1 who seems to be on the same ship) Was getting frustrated as it seemed no other cars were on this ship.

It is not operated by WW, instead K-Line. http://www.kline.com/
There is a tab for schedules for either container ships or car carriers. You can use the bill of lading number for CONTAINER SHIPS ONLY, it seems. For car carriers, there is a schedule listed, showing the Pamplona's itinerary between 4/9 and 4/24 when it should arrive in Charleston.

If you just google the ships name, several of the top hits talk about other BMWs and Minis being shipped via the Pamplona, so it seems BMW does regularly use it.

If anyone knows of a way to track the ship, let me know.

For anyone REALLY interested, there is even a video of the 1999 launching of the vessel on youtube. (How bizarre! IMO)
