Lease Rates 135i

I am looking to lease a 135i and I was wondering what types of deals were to be had in the market.

I want the following options:

Leather seats, sport package, auto transmission (paddle shifters), ipod adopter. Mileage limit of 10k a year. I was quoted 500 a month with 5400 total due at signing (includes 2500 down + all taxes)
