A perfect car wash kind of day!

It was one of those Chamber of Commerce days in Houston yesterday so I decided to wash the cars...all of them! It's extremely rare to have all of them clean at the same time so I thought I better take a couple pictures to remember it by.

Back row, L to R...E36 M3 coupe, E36 M3 sedan, 318ti Club Sport
Front row, '75 2002 and Buzz (the wife named the 135 Buzz Whiteyear...long story...).

I am jealous. That is eventually what I want to do. I want to collect a 3er from about every era but having a hard time to figure out where to put them all.

Thanks! It was kind of hidden in the shadows but that's another great little car. We bought it new in early 1990 and it's proven to be one of the most reliable cars we've ever owned. It was actually one of the original press cars (serial number 000143) so it even has a little history to it.

God bless you and your dedication to BMW. That is a fine stable of cars you got there. I thought I was excessive detailing my one series two weeks in a row. But to wash all those cars in one day, that is pure insanity. How do you decide what car to drive?

I alternate through them as much as possible, there's nothing worse for them than not driving them! None of them (including the 2002) are garage queens. I try not to drive the '02 in the rain any more than I have to but other than that, they all see about the same amount of seat time.

Wow! What a collection! (minus the MX-5 in the garage!)

These photos really put the 1er in perspective, thanks. We haven't seen one Down Under just yet.

Very sweet, but I wouldn't want your gas and insurance bills. Hey, compare driving the 2002 to the 135i.
