New Owners' Circle?

So, I got an email from BMWFS saying that they're updating Owners' Circle... changing it to "My Account"

They specifically mentioned "tracking ability"... You think we'll have any luck in this having been actually improved?

In a word, "NO". I doubt it will offer the type of tracking us addicts are looking for (e.g., the personal history and background check of every person associated with the build/shipping of our cars).

It would be nice however if we had access to the same information the dealers have access to. Like realtime status, actual status codes and the ability to tell which ship the car is on.

That wld be sweet... It is our car after all... having to wait for the 800 number to update is torture... and don't even get me started on the OC... what do they use carrier pigeons to relay info on there?:biggrin:
