Small change as in pennies, nickles, and dimes.

it means penny, but it is what they used to call the jiguli (small russian car) and its what they call the 1er now in russia. wikipedia it for more info.

^haha, i got it in silver, its actually always dirty. i had it washed once, at the dealer when i got my break in oil change, and they didn't do a great job. thanks.
