Le Mans Blue with red interior (requesting photos)
HI! I'm a new user of this forum and this is my first message.
I'm going to buy a series 1 coupe, the 123d, but I can't decide what is the best colour combination. I like the Le Mans blue for the outside and I like the red interior, my brother in law told me to pick them both that it would look good but I'm not so sure. So if any of you guys has got that mix of exterior and interior colours can you post pictures? Or if anyone has seen it, please post your opinion and your suggestions. My last car is a Mercedes Benz class E 220 cdi, silver exterior black interior, in good condition and feels so secure and safe, but so dull that I need a change. I'm chosing the 1 coupe because of the gas mileage and its looks. also, great forum you guys have here! |

I don't think LM Blue with red interior would look good. LM BLue is gorgeous (I'll have a LM Blue 123d in less than 2 weeks!!) but I've gone for black interior, and Terra looks really good too.
If you want the red interior than black or alpine white would be good options. Someone else may have completely different opinions though. |

There was a E46 M3 competion package in Interlagos blue with Imola red interior on one of the E46 forums - I thought it looked amazing. It was one of the color combos everyone drooled over! It would be one of the types of things that people would either love or hate. Most important is how you feel about it though. It's a bold combination but I bet you'd be happy with it.

I used to go out with a girl who had a 635d with those colours and the car is great! Everyone stops to look at it and some even take pictures....
But in the 1, I'm just not sure....It certainly would look different, but for everyday use..... Thanks for all the opinions! |

I've been to a dealer and the blue/red combination would be a terrible mistake
I saw an all black coupe and it was amazing, it had a feeling of raw power into it. I can't decide which colour is the best, if only I had money for two or three more |

I beg to differ. See my montego blue/ red below. It's all in the eye of the beholder. It's a beauty in mine ;-)
