Suntek Carbon Tint (35%/18%) on my AW135

hey guys,

i've been meaning to post up pics (before and afters) on this for a while. anyway, i'm extremely pleased w/ the install (and still working on a write-up in regional forum). the first 6 pairs are before/afters and the others are just misc. shots. hope you enjoy.

all pics can be seen on my flickr page and here's a teaser:

The last picture of your album, what's with the dots? I think it looks cool what ever it is. Cool pics by the way.

the "dot matrix" as so many people call it, is on the glass on all the windows. the point of the last pic is to show how well the installer did at cutting the film. if you ever get a chance, check out someone's window. most installs have a small gap between the edge of the window and the film. as you can see from this pic, there is no such gap except for at the very edge of the window itself.

Thanks, it does look like they did a great job. Something I'm defiantly going to have done to my AW. Thanks for sharing!

Hey confusion, your tints look great! I really like your 35% side tints. I checked mine with Suntint and I know I have 30%, which I think is a "tad" too dark. Still, it does make my AW look good though

It looks as if you tinted your front windshield. True? Or is it just the lighting?

If so, I'm thinking you must have one of those restricted "daytime only" driver's licenses....

heh, no, my windshield is untouched. some of the photos (that one included) were taken on an overcast afternoon around 5pm. w/ the black interior and lack of direct sunlight, the windows do appear pretty dark.

Great! The stark black-and-white effect is really striking.

I'm usually not a big fan of tint (it's completely illegal in DC...except for the Secret Service cars), but I really love it on your car! It looks really clean and hot!

I love it. Alpine with tint is awesome. No tint in IL. Crap.
