warranty on used 2008 cars?

Doe the 4-year warranty on used 2008 BMW cars from a private seller still exist? Or does it terminate when the original owner sells the car?

IIRC, the warranty is transferable and runs from the day the original owner took delivery. I'm not sure about the 4 yr. free maintenance, so you may wish to check with a dealer.

The warranty rolls over no matter what; As long as the car is less than 4 years old and has less than 50,000 miles on it
