Long term issues.

Hello there, possible new guy joining the BMW family. I was curious on the long term issues you all have had with the 135i? My family and I have always been hardcore Toyota fans, but when I heard about the 135 I might stray. J I have never had any mechanical issues with my 00 Celica GT-S and I have owned it for 8 years.
So, what problems have you all had with the 135i? After reading some of the posts, I figured it’s a hit or miss with some of the vehicles (rattling windows, crackling speakers). Anything else?

I.E. Weak clutch, oil eater, weak syncros, yada yada

Most severe problem - the freagin lil car is addictive. It consumes too much fuel....because my foot is always rompin on the go pedal.

Word of caution - don't test drive one or you will pull out all savings just to own one. It is like a crack habbit...you'll get hooked.
