New Dice Firmware coming...

Been having intermittent trouble with my Dice Silverline. Sometimes scroll, sometimes not, doesn't move on to the next song-have to manually press forward. Have tried all the trouble shooting-reinitialized Dice and iPod, still no help. Anyway i was given Dice's tech number by Tom at European Auto Source. Dice told me that they were aware of the scroll issue and expect that in a few weeks they will have a fix for it. Whether or not that will fix my other issue, I don't know, but I'll wait and see.

Good to know. Keep us posted! I have a dice unit as well, but I think it's an older one. How would you go about updating the firmware in it? No way to plug it into a computer.

Maybe I mis understood the method of fixing. maybe they will replace the unit, or send it in and they'll do the upgrade??? They said they'd notify me once the fix was available...could be three weeks or more.
