This is what I use.
Keeps the belt off my neck and works well .

Out of curiosity, how much do you weigh? I have a friend who got a seatbelt ticket the other day and she claims that due to her size (I'd guess 300 lbs) that she can't wear a seatbelt because it rubs her neck.
I'd suggest the seat belt pads the user above posted if it's that big of a deal.

I found the seatbelt hit me to high as well. I use the same one in the photo above. Wal-Mart has them. Most auto parts stores have the same cheap oval ones made of hard plastic that kept breaking. By the way I'm an average size, 5'9" 200, (ok my wife says i could lose a few) Maybe six plus footers dont get the seatbelt in the neck.

I no longer have the package to answer that question. I have been using mine for 4 years. IMHO, the seat belt should not ride up on your neck and if you use the product as intended and adjust the belt to ride between your shoulder and your neck the physics of your body motion in a collision are more proper. Some people will not always use such a devise the correct way.

I'm 5'8" 155 lbs... I don't find the seat belt to be an issue if I'm wearing a collared shirt, but if I'm just in a t-shirt it does rub my neck a little bit. I might have to give one of these a try too.

I'm 6', ~180lbs and find the same thing as above me. If I am wearing a colored shirt i never have an issue at all. But if I am wearing just a Tee than it does rub my neck just a little. Not bad enough to require altering anything.
I have found that recently the lap belt section has been tightening on me a little bit more than before. I've been blaming that on my gaining a few pounds, but who knows. |

Go get a black bolt, washer and nut that fits the top seat belt guide. You can use this to adjust where the seat belts rides on your shoulder. For less then $2.00 you can dramatically improve seat belt comfort!
