Got to hear the Meisterschaft GT w/ SR Pipes in person tonight...WOW

Thanks Adam for meeting up tonight to show me the exhaust. Youtube videos do no justice to this exhaust. This thing is freaking awesome. Tips are absolutely gorgeous and look like they belong on the car unlike some other exhausts I have seen. The sound at idle was very quiet but once it was revved up, it sounded like a caged animal. I could not believe my car could one day sound like that haha. Sorry for no pics or videos but I know a lot of people knock this exhaust for what Eisenhaus did or did not do but the craftsmanship is spot on, Adam tells me the welds are beautiful (couldn't see because it was dark), and the sound is just WOW...it sounds like an exotic, mean V8.

Long story short...I am sold. I will be ordering the Meisterschaft GT with SR pipes tomorrow. Unreal sound.

Any case, Straz no problem, glad you could make it out and make a sound and objective decision on the exhaust. I will post pics when I get a chance but the welds are awesome and the craftmanship is top notch. I could give a crap if the exhaust was made in Korea, Germany or Mars. I am happy with my purchase.

Straz, sorry once again for putting you in more debt

Not yet, I was so excited that it was on the car that we forgot to take installed pics. Plus my car was dirty. I will take some installed pics and post them up.

someone's a little sensitive about this exhaust..if its so great, why doesn't everyone who have eisenmann/remus/aa trade up?
that's the reason why i haven't seen this in person. no one in the dfw area wants to buy it.

yeah...that's what i thought
its just the interwebs man, dont take stuff to seriously lol

Helped Mr_Z install this exhaust and I must say this thing sounds awesome.
After the initial start this idles at low rumble. Then when you rev it...it really wakes up that V8. Man...I really envy you M3 owners.

Also, for hand crafted exhaust like this, I must say it's quality. The welds are amazingly done by hand. Fit and finish is top notch.....

Those welds are nothing to write home about.

Here are some examples (not on exhausts) of what a beautiful weld looks like. Just FYI. They are on titanium, aluminum and stainless in that order.

Honestly I think this exhaust is TOO loud. You can hear it like 1/2 a mile away lol.

Thank you, I was going to say the same thing. They are discolored and not like a roll of nickels. Suspect to me if anything...

Wow...those are beautiful welds, but why not find some apples and oranges to compare.

Nicest i've seen in person is from Akrapovic. Those are amazing.

I too just got the exhaust and I can tell you it's one of the best sounding exhausts I have ever heard. Quality and fitment were amazing as well. It IS loud but with a beautiful tone.

The GT2 is going to sound wicked... congrats bro!

I have the GT1 with the SR pipes and I get nothing but compliments on the sound. I love the deep exhaust note that comes from these exhuasts. I also love the look of the split tips. Gotta go for those split tips. The best part is that it is completely bolt on!

The split tips is very unique...first time for me to see it.
Any idea what the function of it? I have a theory, but would like to know your input.

I would think it would be part cosmetic and part to do with the exhaust note? I'm sure they somehwat change the tune of the exhaust note...

Yea..that's what I'm thinking too. I also think at higher rpm the split would give it a higher pitch note. Either way..sounds great.
