bmc fitment

hi
i was looking to purchase an air filter, and am not looking to start a debate, as i have searched but cant find much definitive info on the bmw filter...only the ms and afe. i have read mention of it but thats it.
does it still have any fitment issues?
if it fits fine, then i will take it, otherwise ms it is.

I have a BMC on my sportbike... if there really is no fitment issues for the m3, then i'll get it as well for the car.

I know they recalled all of them due to serious fitment issues, but they were going to redesign it for them to fit perfectly. Anyone know if they are out and ready to buy? If so, where?

I ordered a Macht Schnell as well. The BMC does look great, but there really cant be that big of a difference between the two and there seemed to be more reviews about the MS version.

precisley why i took it, a lack of info on the bmc one

heard of fitment issues, but on their site, they say they redesigned it specifically for the s65...so i think it should fit well now.

between one performance filter and another, i doubt we will see anything, i wanted the bmw for the quality and throatiness.

The AFE filter is a 5 layer construction and the MS is an 8 layer, does anyone know how many layers the BMC is? Does it make that much of a difference the number of layers it has?
