Help finding a couple stock part numbers?

Haven't been around here in a while, busy as hell with work lately.

Anyway, I had a Semi-Truck lose a retread in front of me recently with no place to go but over it.

Tore out the center underpanel chin-spoiler thing (the black plastic fiber stuff underneath)... Also, and I'm not sure if this was related if a peice of debris from the tire knocked it off, but I'm also missing my driver side headlight washer nozzle cover... the body colored little housing that goes over it..

I have been browsing these two parts catalogs and cannot for the life of me find these parts. Any help?
