Rear Differential metallic noise

In a previous thread titled "input please"
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=213737

Several people noted a metallic clicking noise at low RPMs. I have less than 5000 miles on my car, but have had it for over a year, so I took it in for the low milage annual oil change. I had them check on the noise I heard when accelerating at low RPMs in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. Here is what they found

"Verified tinny metallic noise when taking off from stop coming from rear diff..."

It was explained to me that there was a problem with the rear differential, it needed to be flushed, corrected, and new seals installed. Parts are on order. I will let you know if this corrects the noise when the work is complete. Thanks for your help in the previous thread. I started this new thread with new title for ease of searching.
