I don't see why anyone would turn off the angel eyes. Not only are they a safety feature, but the look awesome.

He means either the angel eyes/corona rings on for people with Xenons or inner beams for people with stock halogens. Xenon light "inner beams" are cornering lamps and only come on while turning.
