Who can perform an ECU tune in Houston?

What performance shops in Houston can perform an ECU tune? I do not want to ship my ECU off to a performance shop out of state. My car is a daily driver so I need use of my car. I know I can get the Dinan tune at the dealership, but I was wondering if anyone else could perform a tune (i.e. AA, Powerchip, etc.) in town without shipping the ECU?
