Here's the deal. I bought this car from the Orig. Owner about 3 months ago intending on creating a drivable HPDE car out of it. I have changed the Cooling system, all fluids to Red Line, the wheel lugs to studs and had my race seat put in. I'm tall and the bracket was made custom. The carpet was cut under where the bracket is by accident. That might not be evident when the stock seat goes in. One of the pictures shows a close up of where the Orig. Owners wife scratched the car right at the top of the Pass. door. That is all of the bad news. The good news is that the car recently had a complete (with all new parts) top end changed at the dealer that has a 2 year warranty at any BMW dealer until April 2011. The clutch and pressure plate were changed in 12/2007 with a warranty until this Dec.
It's a great car. If someone wants/needs to trade down and has a 6 speed M3/135/335 coupe, awesome. If not...I'll switch out the suspension and brakes, put a half cage in and have fun with it.
Bottom line is this...In Dec, my leased BMW goes back and I only want one car. I was thinking a newer car might be better for a work/play type of car. I can make this work, too if there's no interest.

Thanks again
This is a great board that has given me a lot of info on the 135's.
