Z4 35i Top Speed?

Hey guys,

I just finished running in my new Z4 35i sDrive (hit 2000km) so I thought lets put my foot down on the motorway here...

Anyway, I found a nice long straight road, left the DTC box in auto mode, and before I knew it the speedo was showing 255KM/H.

Then all the sudden I saw I was only in 6th gear!!

So there was a whole gear left, and the speedo was already showing 255KM/h (about 157MPH).

Unfortunately I had to break, and I haven't been able to find a nice long piece of empty road to try to get to 7th gear. Im sure the speedo won't go much further, maybe to 260KM/H before the limiter will kick in.

Anyway now to my question, with the limiter taken off, how fast would this standard Z4 35i go? 270? 280?

the m3 is 175 when de-restricted, i would assume the 35i's are maybe 160-165 if de-restricted.
