Power Steering - Fluid refill procedure?

Hello

I had the steering rack and power steering pump replaced (the system was bone dry as well)

I bought new fluid from my bmw dealer, and there are no leaks anywhere. Filled it up to the appropriate level in the resevoir and had a friend turn the wheel back and forth until no more fluid was required and air bubbles stopped appearing.

Now, when I turn on the car, it runs for roughly 15-30 seconds before a high pitched squeal is heard and smoke starts appearing from where the pumps pulley is located.

Would anyone know what the official refill procedure is from BMW?

Also, are there any bleeder valve's on the rack or in the system to get out any air that might still be in there?

The fluid also gets very warm only after a short time, and the pump itself gets very very hot to touch.

Thanks

Why not take it in to the dealer as that is covered under your warranty? Does not sound like a fluid issue.
