Anyone running OEM CSL or ZCP wheels with Brembo 380mm BBK? will it fit?

trying to figure out if it will fit... emailed Brembo a couple of times and no answer yet.

Got a template from one of the vendors, but it's a bit wierd.

any help is appreciated.

99% sure it will fit. Brembo wouldn't design a kit that requires 20" wheels.

Are you running a squared setup? Front should be fine since they are 19X9.5 ET27, but you might need a 5-10mm spacer in the back since stock offset if ET22.

the plan is to have 19x9.5 fronts with 275's, and 19x9.5 with 295's, with a 10mm spacer.

that should be fine, the concavity of the ZCP rims will clear the BBK. I had a set of Alcon on my old 335xi with the ZCP rims:

Even with the 19X8 ET47 wheel with a 15mm spacer, I had plenty of room for the 365mm rotor. The 380mm should fit right in w/o problem.

Just FYI a 295 tires minimum width is 10 inch highly recommend 10.5-11 inch rim.

i know, I just hate the looks of the new competition package wheels.

and I'm not a big fan of the alufelgen reps, as they dont have the nice curved concave look but rather a more linear look.

i've seen your wheels in person, up close and personal... they are not as curved as the 19x9.5 csl's. My opinion.

if you dont like my assessment, feel free to PM me or take it to another thread. This thread is above the fitment of Brembo 380mm BBK's and 19' CSL like wheels.

Hello ssabripo,

If you have questions regarding fitment on Brembo products, please don't hesitate to shoot me a PM or an email.

I'm checking with Brembo right now in regards to your request. It is definitely hard to reach Brembo unless you're a dealer for them.

hey Edward..thanks! say to Roger for me!

yeah, if you could figure that out for me, that would be awesome...just want to make sure. The alternative would be to stick with the 368 or 360 kits from AP or Stoptech (or even brembo). However, I really wanna see if I can fit the 380mm BBK on it.

ps- I'm going with the ZCP competition package, so it will be the new 359M model wheels, 19x9f, 19x10 rears.

They will indeed work!

I've sent you a PM in regards to a bit more information regarding clearance to further validate fitment.

You won't need to go to a 355 mm kit, the 380 mm kit will work fine! Stoptech, AP Racing, and Brembo.

By the way, AP Racing is owned by Brembo. They still make their own kits and do their own development work, but they're holding company is Brembo. There's a reason why Brembo is a bit more expensive. They have proprietary hardware unique to Brembo only. They have a true full-floating rotor setup which others will claim to be similar - but it's not. The kits are pre-torqued and pre-assembled from Brembo by their engineers and they have a 3-stage quality control process which ensures that your kit is complete.

Very nice setup!

APs should be fine as well - the 7100/7150 kits were engineered specifically to fit behind factory 18" wheels, as a matter of fact - we'll be running our track wheels this weekend at Mfest with the AP setup.

Edit: Test-fitted tonight, 18" VMRs are a no-go for the front caliper (very light surface scratching) without minor modification, which we're not willing to do.

We'll test the APs with the new ZCP when one arrives.

Would be very interested to know if the VMRs clear the APs. Need a 18" winter set up eventually.

We've tried the 18" V710s and CSL/VB3s - they will not clear AP's calipers.
