Kneepad replacement HELP please.

Hi Guys.

Unfortunately my gorgeous beast was delivered a month ago with an oyster leather knee-pad that had slightly inferior leather as well as a mark on it. The dealer is going to replace it but I am concerned in doing so they will damage something as I believe the console must be removed to do the replacement. Does anybody know what is involved in doing the replacement? Should I just stay with the faulty knee pad that I have almost gotten used to as to?

Besides this small niggle this is the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned. I have previously owned 3 X5's.
